Tick the urgent box in the order and give the date. Pure Arctic replies within 1 business day with a price and a confirmed date. Express is quoted separately.

They count from proof approval, not from the order date. Delivery no later than day 10 after proof approval, in Norway and Sweden.

Yes. Give the exhibition hall, hotel or venue as the delivery address in the order. Tracked by email.

The invoice is issued after confirmed delivery. Payment terms are 14 days net.

Report it to jan@purearctic.se within 7 days of receipt. The approved proof is the reference for the print, so read the proof carefully before approving. The terms describe the full allocation of responsibility.
