Standard B2B terms from Pure Arctic AS. Placing an order requires acceptance of these terms.

General
These terms apply between Pure Arctic AS, org. no. 928 374 615, and the business customer ordering branded water bottles. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are resolved amicably and, failing that, before Oslo District Court.
Minimum order and price
The minimum order is 120 bottles per design. Volumes above 5 000 bottles are quoted separately. Prices are stated excluding VAT in NOK, SEK or EUR. The price in the 3D designer includes print, label and standard delivery.
Proof and production
Pure Arctic sends a print proof within 1 business day. Production begins only after the customer has approved the proof in writing. Pure Arctic is not liable for print errors in an approved proof.
Shipping and delivery
Standard delivery is included in the price for Norway and Sweden, no later than day 10 after proof approval. Express delivery is agreed separately. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
Payment terms
Invoice is issued on delivery. Payment terms are 14 days net. Late payment incurs interest pursuant to the Norwegian Late Payment Act and reminder fees pursuant to the Debt Collection Act. Claims must be sent to post@purearctic.no within 7 days of receipt.
Privacy and GDPR
Pure Arctic processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Data from orders and contact forms is used only for order handling and communication. The customer is responsible for ensuring that uploaded logos do not infringe third party rights.
