Common questions
What customers ask before they order.
PNG, JPG or SVG, up to 5 MB and at least 400 px wide. SVG suits a logo. A background image is scaled up and is therefore uploaded as PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB with the shortest side at least 600 px.
Print runs in four colours (CMYK), calibrated to the colours in your logo. CMYK cannot always reproduce a digital brand colour exactly, which is why Pure Arctic shows the proof before production starts. Two proof rounds are included, so a difference can be corrected before anything is printed.
Two proof rounds are included. Further revisions are agreed separately.
The price per bottle includes print and label. No print setup fee is added. On top of that come the deposit (NOK 2 per bottle), pallet cost by quantity and delivery. Everything is shown in the cart before you send the enquiry. Prices exclude VAT.
They count from proof approval, not from the order date. Delivery no later than day 10 after proof approval, in Norway and Sweden.
The 3D designer does most of it: upload the logo, choose a background and watch the bottle as you work. If you get stuck, send the logo and the idea to jan@purearctic.se. Pure Arctic replies within 1 business day.
